As well as that there are lists of the top 10 best and worst openings for white and fl and the most and least drawish openings.
The openings here are all fairly common so these tables don't include openings that never get played in higher level Chess because the win percentages won't be very accurate.

Chess Openings - Chess opening moves for the Beginner - Site Map
The Bishop's Opening is one of the oldest openings to be analyzed; it was studied by Lucena and Ruy Lopez.
Describes the chess openings known as flank openings, where the strategy is against controlling the center of the board by e4 or d4 but rather with long range controls such as fianchetto bishops.
The opening relies on one of the main principles of the hypermodern school, which was coming to the fore in the 1920s - that a large pawn centre could be a liability rather than an asset.

Chess opening - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A sequence of opening moves that is considered standard (often cataloged in a reference work such as the Encyclopedia of Chess Openings) is referred to as "the book moves", or simply "book".
It is therefore normal for both players to either castle in the opening (simultaneously developing one of the rooks) or to otherwise bring the king to the side of the board via artificial castling.
Opening theory began being studied more scientifically from the 1840s on, and many opening variations were discovered and named in this period and later.

The Saragossa Opening is a chess opening defined by the opening move
In 1922 a theme tournament requiring the players to open with 1.c3 was arranged in Mannheim with three participants, Siegbert Tarrasch, Paul Leonhardt and Jacques Mieses, which Tarrasch won.
Since White usually plays more aggressively in the opening, the Saragossa is considered an irregular opening, classified as A00 by the Encyclopaedia of Chess Openings.

 CABINETIC -- PUBLICATIONS: Intersection
The sprawling original text of Saragossa was written in segments somewhere between 1805 and 1815, the year in which the mysterious author, Count Jan Potocki, committed suicide.
Its sense of the uncanny is balanced by a buoyant dark wit in keeping with the controversial notion of Satanism as a puckish, jovial practice which speaks to the natural inner beast in mankind.
From its opening, a wordless sequence in which a prowling camera records a suicide by hanging, plunges directly into the musty volumes adorning a bookcase and passes through a series of doors hovering in flness during the opening credits, The Ninth Gate functions on many levels at once, all of them potentially deceptive.
