Sark (in French, Sercq, in Sercquiais Sèr) is a small island of the Channel Islands, part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
The Seigneur of Sark is the head of the feudal government of the Isle of Sark.
Although populated by monastic communities in the mediaeval period, Sark was uninhabited in the 16th century and used as a refuge and raiding base by Channel pirates.

Sark has several fine beaches to choose and although they can be quite a treck down steps of cliff paths, they are well worth the trip.
A rock to the north of Sark also known as the Oystercatcher, was where the Seigneur in 1839, drowned whilst out in poor weather with the Vicar of Sark, who incidentally survived but was badly shaken by the loss of his friend.
Sark's shopping village is conveniently located near the top of the hill from Maseline Harbour and has a good selection of shops for general provisions as well as souvenirs for tourists.

Cutty Sark's name is Scottish for "short shirt" and comes from the Robert Burns poem "Tam O'Shanter," in which Tam secretly spies on the witch, Nannie, who is clad in a cutty sark; the reasons for Willis's choice of name are obscure.
Willis's insistence that only the finest materials be used in the construction of Cutty Sark resulted in the bankruptcy of her builders before the ship was launched, and her completion was overseen by the firm of Denny Brothers, which took over the Scott and Linton yard.
In 1952, the Cutty Sark Preservation Society came together under the auspices of Frank Carr, director of the National Maritime Museum, and in 1954 she was opened as a museum at Greenwich.

You said that "Sark never properly gelled as a full-time cast member last season" and that is true because no one took the time to develop it.
Sark is still such an unknown and that is one of the main reasons my interest was drown to him, he is one of the few characters that still has the potential to grow.
I would be happy to keep Sark as Sydneys enemy and nothing else if that is required, btoh myself and all the thousands of Sarkney can just continue to see the dirty side of every situation and conversation between the to like we have for the last few years.
