The Malaysian government has invested 500 million baht in the new outlet in the border state of Palis, near the province of SATUN, which is expected to be opened on August 20th.
In the meantime, SATUN’s administration has also proposed that the government should reduce import taxes to 0.05 percent under the AFTA agreement, to support two-way trade.

The highest concentration of Hg in oyster from Phangnga province was 3.954 ± 1.060 µg/g dry weight and Hg in green mussel from Satun province was 1.923 ± 0.615 µg/g dry weight.
