Saturn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Saturn's usually bland atmosphere occasionally exhibits long-lived ovals and other features common on Jupiter; in 1990 the Hubble Space Telescope observed an enormous white cloud near Saturn's equator which was not present during the Voyager encounters and in 1994 another, smaller storm was observed.
The 1990 storm was an example of a Great White Spot, a unique but short-lived Saturnian phenomenon with a roughly 30-year periodicity.
They appear to be a seasonal phenomenon, disappearing in the Saturnian midwinter/midsummer and reappearing as Saturn comes closer to equinox.

Saturnian Wheels Turn, Without Spokes :: Astrobiology Magazine ::
Summary (Feb 27, 2004): As the Saturn probe, Cassini, approaches the ringed planet, its new images show a puzzling lack of the 'spokes' that were first observed when Voyager flew by on its way to the outer solar system.
The Cassini image team has noted that new details in the atmosphere and rings are becoming visible, and scientists are already puzzling over the noticeable absence of the ghostly spoke-like dark markings in the rings first discovered during Voyager's approach to the planet 23 years ago.
The probe is equipped with a variety of scientific sensors to measure the physical properties of the moon's atmosphere; it also carries an imaging device to return pictures of Titan's possibly hydrocarbon-lake-dotted surface.

 Saturnian Cosmology - Introduction
He proposed that the Saturnian system, including the planets Earth and Mars (he does not believe that Venus was part of this group) first entered the Solar System in ca 3200 BC and approached from below at an angle of 24 degrees to the ecliptic.
The spin axes of all the planets would now remain unchanged as the Saturnian system (sort of) corkscrewed into a circular orbit on approaching the plane of the ecliptic, with all the planets settling into their current circular orbits within a few hundred years.
The stumbling block with formulating a model is the fact that most of the Saturnians were excellent researchers and writers, but few had the ability to imagine the scope of planetary interactions or had a feel for the physics involved.

 Saturnian Comets
Before searching ancient traditions for any possible association of Saturn with the Deluge, let us notice that the idea that Saturn may have anything to do with the origin of some of the comets of the solar system is not without a theoretical foundation.
A group of short-period comets carries the name of “Saturnian family of comets” ; they revolve on ellipses that approach closely the orbit of Saturn.
A larger family of short-period comets carries the name “Jovian” and Jupiter is regarded as having something to do with their origin: their orbits come close to the orbit of Jupiter.

And with a true Saturnian I mean people who really and truly love being Saturnians, they know their worth, they are not afraid of being dignified and being in a class of their own, they are proud about their seriousness and working ability.
The Saturnian way of life is to find yourself and to be true to yourself through your work, whatever your work is. There is much more true joy and laughter in the Saturnian life style than non-Saturnians think or can see.
The Saturnian joy doesn't depend on results, it is the joy of freedom the Saturnian experiences in fulfilling her or his true purpose.

In traditional Western magick, there are said to be four humours, or temperaments, which correspond to the four elements, and four of the planets: Sanguine of air and Jupiter; Choleric of fire and Mars; Phlegmatic of water and the Moon; and Melancholy of earth and Saturn.
That Raleigh was a Saturnian, venerating the moon, can be deduced from a well known portrait of him, in which he appears in a costume of fl and white, with a silver doublet, and a fl cloak decorated with silver rays; with the moon shown in the upper left-hand corner of the image.
The Saturnian fl, combined with the lunar silver/white, were also the official colours of Elizabeth herself.

 Saturnian Cosmology - Preface
Additionally, I should warn that the subject matter here is not physics, biology, or any sort of 'science.' This text is a persuasive essay, but does not offer conclusions based on some string of syllogisms.
I feel, however, that the sum total constitutes a cohesive 'world-view.' The real test is to see how much a Saturnian Cosmology can explain of everything from geophysics to contemporary cultural practices.
As such, the Saturnian Cosmology not only provides an explanation of the actions and thinking of our ancestors, but also provides insight into our contemporary behaviour, and suggestions about what is important for us as humans.
