I have experienced overcrowded buses with passengers being left behind at bus stops at rush hour in particular as a result of late, single decker and infrequent buses, so I believe that it is about time we put a stop to this problem immediately.
Overcrowded buses became a thing of the past 99% of the time, obviously we still experienced the odd overcrowded bus if one was missed out, but I am pleased to say this was extremely rare.
The buses are requently taken out of service as they break down, the doors seem to be a major problem with not operating correctly, opening and closing when they should not be doing so.
