Scott McNeil (born September 15, 1962 in Brisbane, Australia), is a voice actor.
McNeil is one of the most popular figures among the voice acting fandom for his general friendliness, exuberance, and tendency to speak as one of his many characters at the request of his fans (for example; singing the song "I'm a Cucumber" from the Brak Show in his Piccolo voice (Piccolo is a green alien).
Scott is an avid scuba diver, thoroughly exploring the aquatic realm in the Pacific Northwest.

For those of you who don't know Scott McNeil, he is an actor working in Vancouver B.C. who's specialty is performing voices for animation.
But that introduced Scott to Doug Parker (known to Beast Wars fans as the voice of Terrorsaur) who said "I wish I had met you a week ago, because I just finished casting GI Joe." "What, the cartoon?!" Scott said.
Scott said it was frustrating because he felt that nothing really happened throughout the whole series.

Scott had a couple autograph sessions, I missed the 1st because of other goings-on, but it was reported that him and one other (Richard Ian Cox) did autographs for like 7 HOURS that day, much longer than a normal 1-1/2 stint, and that they did so just for the fans.
I was amazed at how much the crowd loved Scott, (and how much he joked with everyone), and expressed their fan devotion for him, for other reasons then for the MOTU reason I was there (I also brought an X-Men: Evolution DVD in case I could have more than one thing signed...).
On the flip side, this can be extremely annoying if you're the evil guest relations staffer who's trying to pull him away from a crowd because he was supposed to be at his panel 10 minutes ago, making the fans he's talking to hate you.
