SALT LAKE CITY (CNN) -- Capt. Scott O'Grady, whose F-16 was shot down over Bosnia four years ago, applauded the rescuers who plucked an American fighter pilot out of Yugoslav territory after his F-117A Nighthawk went down near Belgrade over the weekend.
O'Grady said he wasn't surprised the pilot is ready to jump back in the cockpit.
O'Grady flew for three years after the shoot-down and retired from the Air Force on June 8, 1998, three years to the date after his rescue.

I had the opportunity to meet Captain O'Grady, and he is as genuine person as you will ever meet.
He retold his story to a church I was attending, and even though I knew the story, it was incredible to hear it from him.

I was tearing out my hair trying to align my SX-28's IFs at 455 kc when I remembered this note in my old SX-28 notebook from about six years ago: "Be aware that the crystal filter alignment instructions are wholly incomprehensible....
The radio is complete and in very good condition including a working magic eye.
I also have the manual for the military equivelant, the CZC-46270 Radio Receiver.
