Like his more recent dragon-moded predecessors, Scourge is a member of the villian's, though you'll have to activate this figure's cyber-key feature to see his insignias.
Scourge comes with a green and gold leafed Jungle cyber key with which to activate his primary feature.
This feature is present in both forms, tough you may want to keep Scourge in his dragon mode to effectively store the key in either the port or his chest.

Scourge is a fearsome, merciless and implacable hunter.
The Transformers' designers have given up all hope of their creations actually being "more than meets the eye" and being at least somewhat indistinguishable from the toy cars and jets on your bookshelf.
Scourge's robot mode is very, very blue, being largely dark blue all over with highlights of the same grey-blue that featured in his alternate mode.

 OAFE - RiD: Scourge review
Scourge, a TRU exclusive from the "Robots in Disguise" line, is the North American release of his Japanese counterpart, Black Convoy, who was actually a repaint of the G2 Laser Optimus Prime.
Scourge's transformation is classically easy: pull down he legs, pull the arms out to the sides, and flip up his head.
Scourge has a differently designed cab, so his actual windshield and grill are on his back and shoulders; his torso, however, still looks like Prime's.

Transforming Scourge is extremely easy, and depending on what kind of transfan you are, this is either good or bad.
I personally prefer a Transformer that's fairly easy to transform over something that you need a degree in mechanical engineering to transform *cough*Sideburn and RiD Ultra Magnus*cough* To transform Scourge into robot mode, detach him from the trailer, pull on the back part that connects the cab to the trailer to pull out his legs.
Scourge's arms can rotate like a human's, his legs move to the side and the front, his knees bend, his head turns, and he'll do a little dance when you're not looking.

Beast Mode: Scourge's beast mode is a large and intimidating land-bound dragon.
It might be noted that transformers toys that play this sounds are generally the only ones that get to keep their batteries in my house.
Scourge's robot mode is large and physically imposing, as befits a character that rules an entire planet through sheer brute force.

 Cybertron Scourge Toy Review
Scourge's robot mode looks pretty good, but my main complaint with it is that Scourge has the very basic transformation of "stand me up, flip my head" with only a few minor changes.
As for the rest of Scourge, since this mode is so similar to his beast mode, my comments from that mode carry over to this one in those areas.
Scourge is a pretty cool-looking Transformer, but he is far too simplistic for an Ultra, so his two modes look too similar.

Scourge (Transformers) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Somehow, Scourge was able to temporarily absorb the Matrix's energies, his body mutating into a monstrous, deformed state in the process, and he used his enhanced powers to depose Galvatron as Decepticon commander and lead an attack on Earth, where he was defeated by Hot Rod, who reclaimed the Matrix.
Scourge's appearances in the US Marvel Comics Transformers series were minimal - in their first appearance during the Headmasters mini-series, he and Cyclonus were presented as being ordinary, present-day Transformers under Scorponok's command, who then became Targetmasters along with the others on Nebulos.
Scourge, the former brother of Optimus Prime, as he came to be named, was one of a crew of six Autobots sent to Earth to reactivate the legendary Autobot battle fortress, Fortress Maximus.

Mold History: Scourge's mold was first used for the Laser Optimus Prime toy, in the Generation 2 line back in 1995.
