Scream (film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Scream is a 1996 horror/dark comedy film directed by Wes Craven and written by Kevin Williamson.
The film revitalized the slasher film genre in the mid 1990s by using a standard concept (teens being brutally killed off being one example) with a tongue-in-cheek approach that successfully combined straightforward scares with dialogue that satirized slasher film conventions, (for example, the final girl).
The film was a major hit upon its release, and was one of the highest grossing films of 1996.

Trailer (film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Theatrical trailers are film advertisements for films that will be exhibited in the future at a cinema, on whose screen they are shown; they are commonly known as previews of coming attractions.
Since the purpose of the trailer is to attract an audience to the film being advertised, they are usually drawn from the most exciting, funny, or otherwise noteworthy parts of the film but in abbreviated form and without producing spoilers.
Usually the music used in the trailer is not from the film itself (the film score may not have been composed yet).

Scream 2 reunites the surviving cast members of the first film, places them in a collegiate situation, and then lets a copycat serial killer loose in their midst.
It's one of the film's strong points that once again, there's absolutely no telling who the killer might be until the final, bloody scene.

Scream 3: (Marco Beltrami) Two years after the Varèse Sarabande label released both the Scream and Scream 2 scores on one short, single CD, fans of Beltrami's music for the Scream series greatly anticipated a longer score CD from the third and final installment.
In Scream 3, Beltrami utilizes that theme well, with four lengthy statements, and he interpolates the vocals into a variety of orchestral moods.
