		The older reviews of this resort almost scared us off, but seeing the new pictures and reading everyone's recent reviews, we think that we've made a good choice.
		I came to the conclusion that from the earlier posts on the tripadvisor.com website, this is before the renos were started, that the place was from okay to excellent.
		We picked this resort because it is smaller, it has actual oceanfront rooms (with jacuzzis on the balcony or in the room), it is away from the hub of activity at Playa del Carmen, they have "a la carte" options at all meals!!!
