The SCCFT shall have the right to use the District communication services and faculty mailboxes for communications to faculty members, including mass distributions, provided that the material clearly indicates that the Union is the distributor of the material and that the material is related to the administration of this Agreement.

 Seattle Community Colleges sets the bar high for raising money
Despite its size, the community college system has drawn fewer donations: Two-year community and technical colleges serve 60 percent of the students enrolled in higher education in Washington, but they receive a fraction of the private dollars.
The local fundraising comes as community colleges around the country are launching huge campaigns to get donations, in part to make up for a decline in state funds.
The district's plan to raise $25 million would be among the larger fundraising goals for community colleges in the country, said Ray Clements, chief executive of The Clements Group, which works with community and technical colleges on fundraising.
