 | | In July, 1917, it was expanded to form Batteries "A" and "B," which were drafted into Federal service on August 5, 1917, and assigned to the 147th Field Artillery, being demobilized May 22, 1919. |
 | | Reorganized February 4, 1921, by members of Batteries "A" and "B," 147th Field Artillery, it was assigned to the 148th Field Artillery; redesignated Battery "A" 218 th Field Artillery, G.H.Q. Reserve May 18 th 1925 and Battery “A” 218 th Field Artillery, November 13, 1929. |
