		Second Coming was an album released on December 5, 1994 in the UK and early 1995 in the US by The Stone Roses.
		The second album by the influential Manchester four-piece, it suffered greatly at the time from the sheer weight of expectation generated by both the 5½ year gap between it and the band's eponymous debut and the band's withdrawal from the live arena for 4½ of those years.
		Twelve years on from the album's release, it is now generally accepted that the critical reception at the time was somewhat harsh, with many people regarding it as a classic alongside their debut.

		Any album with the lyric "Love Spreads her arms, waits there for the nails, I forgive you boy, I will prevail." Is gonna be worth buying, when you remember that God(Jesus) is "Love" the whole song becomes clear.
		If you give this album a few listens it will be clear the TIME that has gone into creating these songs, the numerous guitar solos played on top of each other, the multi-layered vocals, bands just don't seem to put this kind of effort in any more and I think it's a tragedy.

		This was my first AIO album and really the one that started my craze with AIO.
		I had heard AIO on the radio off and on for years before (it was difficult to get in the country in those years before the Internet), but this was the one that began my fascination and love for the series.
