	Lieutenant Jack Rittichier, USCG
		Lieutenant Rittichier and his crew on board Jolly Green 23 were listed as "Killed in Action / Bodies Not Recovered." Their names appear on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. In 2002 a Joint Task Force-Full Accounting investigation team located the crash site inside Laos and recovered the remains of the crew.
