		First, self-entrenchment (as defined in Section 8) is the entrenchment of a unit of language by words within that unit or, if the entrenchment clause is implied, then by a rule that is inferred from language within the unit it entrenches.
		While ordinary sections may be amended by a simple majority of the electors, these four sections may only be amended by a three-fourths supermajority with the added requirement that there be at least a two-thirds supermajority in each county.

	USAM 9-105.000 MONEY LAUNDERING
		Section 1956(b) provides for the imposition of a civil penalty (of not greater than $10,000 or the value of the property, funds, or monetary instruments involved in the transaction) against anyone who violates the criminal provisions of § 1956(a)(1) and (a)(2).
		Section 1957, as originally enacted, granted no exemptions based upon the kind of trade or business engaged in by a potential defendant or the purpose for which a particular "monetary transaction" was undertaken.
		Section 1956 also directs that the authority to investigate money laundering violations is controlled by a Memorandum of Understanding which has been entered into by the Departments of Justice and Treasury and the Postal Service.

		Section 9.1 of the Fire Code requires that each building regulated under Retrofit Section 9.8 must be brought into compliance within specified periods of time.
		This Section is not intended to apply to structures that were originally constructed and commonly referred to as "stacked row houses".
