The Dreamcast controller seems boxy and compact compared to the wing-shaped controllers used by both the N64 and PlayStation, but it is fairly comfortable in the hand.
Sonic Adventure is the obvious signature title, showcasing Sega's trump character in a format that's equally reminiscent of previous Sonic side-scrolling games and of Nintendo's classic Mario 64, which did much to establish the N64 as a keeper.
Hopefully in a few weeks' time I'll have had another stint with the Dreamcast system and will be able to form a clearer view of the system's place in the grand scheme of things.
