Like I've said in the past, I was one of the assholes who was too critical of Sega to see a good thing, and I only became open minded on the subject when the Dreamcast dropped to $50, which was when it was in its dying throes.
Sega Rally is well renowned as debatably the greatest rally racing franchise ever but they've sold mediocre when ported home from arcade.
Especially with Sega Rally 2, Sega Rosso has crafted one of the most fluidly playable games ever to be made within the genre; much more than a single paragraph can do justice.

SEGA of America fought pretty hard to keep PSO free in the United States and while they loss the fight with PSO Ver.2, if SEGA had originally made PSO have a pay-to-play system similar to Japan, I wouldn't mind forking over another 3 bucks a month.
SEGA has to keep the cost low enough so that anyone of any age should be happy to pay.
Should SEGA fail to meet these goals, it's going to be hard to convince players to pay any fee, no matter how small.

For those who missed it, Sonic CD was one of the last, best 2D Sonic games to hit in the era of sprites, blast processing, and Sega scream ads.
The CD add-on to the Genesis, regarded by many to be when Sega "jumped the shark" (although some of us still say the 32X was when the company caught some Chondrichthyes air), kept the game out of reach of many gamers thanks to its steep price point.
So if Sega does hear my plea for Sonic CD love, I'd hope the company would take some time to add the game to the Mega Collection's US release with the original soundtrack.

Well I was right about that last part but during the commercials a SegaNet ad popped up and at the end the dead crow does a mild scream of "SEGA!" I was jumping up and down.
The sad part is, I think it's a bit too expensive to get really popular, so it probably won't help Sega close the gap on Sony as much as it probably should.
Although, if you're a gamer who's currently on AOL or Prodigy, or CompuServe or something like that, you'd be out of your mind (or must just really hate Sega) not to take the $150 rebate deal if there's a local access number for your area.
