Seine River is a provincial electoral division in the Canadian province of Manitoba.
Seine River is bordered to the south and east by the rural riding of La Verendrye, to the north by Southdale and Riel, and to the west by St. Norbert.
Seine River was represented by Louise Dacquay of the Progressive Conservative Party from 1990 to 2003, when the New Democratic Party won the seat for the first time.

The trail thru Whittier Park is a nice ride, but it is close to the steep river bank in some places.
Its highlights are a 50 ft. floating bridge across the river and a small track close to the end of the trail.
Highlights are riding over a car, and a washed out, and eroded section which forms a nice cliff for some decent biking.
