	Seishi Bosatsu (Mahasthamaprapta) - Boddhisattva of Strength, Wisdom, Power
		Seishi Bosatsu, along with Kannon, is one of Amida Buddha's main attendants.
		Seishi symbolizes wisdom, a virtue that is perhaps religiously less significant than compassion, and this may explain why Seishi is not widely revered outside of Pure Land traditions.
		In Japan, Seishi appears mostly in paintings and sculptures of the Amida Raigo Triad, where Amida Buddha is seated in the center, attended by Seishi on the right and Kannon on the left.

	Why the Seiryuu Seishi?
		It is made very clear in the series that the Suzaku seishi are the ones on the side of "good" and the Seiryuu seishi on the side of evil.
		The Seiryuu seishi are shown only when necessary to the plot, and are never portrayed as forming relationships like the Suzaku, Genbu, or Byakko seishi did.
		With the exception of the twins, all the Seiryuu seishi are loyal to Nakago alone.

		After the emperor, Hotohori, explained to Miaka that she needed to find her five remaining seishi in order to summon the god Suzaku, he assembled the strongest men in the country.
		Tamahome, Miaka's first seishi, rushed to Miaka's aid as the falling structure was about to crush her.
		Though Nuriko was able to discard of the barrier that kept Miaka from the shinzaho, he did not survive the attack of the Seiryuu seishi.
