  NationMaster - Encyclopedia: Sekitori
A sekitori is a sumo wrestler or rikishi who is ranked in one of the top two professional divisions: makuuchi and juryo.
When the sekitori are training the junior rikishi may have chores to do, such as assisting in cooking the lunch, cleaning and preparing the bath, or holding a sekitori's towel for him for when he needs it.
In the evening sekitori may go out with their sponsors while juniors stay at home in the stable, unless they are to accompany the stablemaster or a sekitori as his manservant when he is out (this is normally a more privileged role given to a riikishi who may be nearing sekitori status himself).

 The Structure of Sumo
Rikishi in the top two divisions--Makuuchi and Juryo--are called "sekitori." Sekitori are easily distinguished by their colorful mawashi (belts) and the topknot of their hair, which is fanned out into the shape of a ginkgo leaf.
Sekitori are also assigned a tsukibito, a lower-ranked wrestler that acts as a servant performing such acts as carrying the sekitori's belongings, toweling him off during practice, and answering his every beck and call.
Reaching sekitori status is the first major goal of any rikishi.

The objective of both games is, to try to correctly predict the outcome of all bouts involving the 66 Sekitori at the next basho.
InSekitori-Oracle, you submit your picks BEFORE the basho begins, guessing the win/loss records you expect each rikishi to have at the end of the tournament (like Asashoryu 14-1, Takamisakari, 8-7, etc.) - depending on how close you are to the actual outcome, you will score points.
Both games are a lot of fun, and are ideal for you to play "first" amongst the other sumo prediction-type games out there, because they will "force" you to consider the entire spectrum of Sekitori before you narrow your choices down to come up with your selections in the other games.
