The AGM-88 High-Speed Anti-radiation Missile (HARM) is an air-to-surface tactical (Rocket carrying passengers or instruments or a warhead) missile designed to seek out and destroy enemy (Measuring instrument in which the echo of a pulse of microwave radiation is used to detect and locate distant objects) radar-equipped air defense systems.
The HARM missile was approved for full production in March 1983.

After 12 months, the level of repeat episodes of deliberate self harm was no different for patients in the intervention group compared with the control group.
