Sentinel Dome in Yosemite Sentinel Dome is a short hike of about 1 1/2 miles from the Glacier Point Road, which means a lot more people hike there. This year we went to Yosemite in the Spring instead of the Fall, so we got the snow, warm days, and lots of roaring waterfalls.
