Sergei Zholtok (Latvian: Sergejs Žoltoks, Russian: Сергей Жолток) (Born - December 2, 1972 in Riga,U.S.S.R. ; Died - November 3, 2004) was a Latvian (ethnic Russian) Professional Hockey Center who played 10 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens, Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota Wild and Nashville Predators.
Zholtok was drafted by the Boston Bruins 55th overall in 1992 NHL Entry Draft.
Zholtok returned to NHL in the 1996-97 NHL season with the Ottawa Senators.

Zholtok followed that output with a 10-goal and 23-point effort in 1997-98, before signing a one-year deal as a free agent with the Montreal Canadiens for the 1998-99 season.
