Amusement parks are parks that have been developed simply for the thrill of the rides and games.
Amusement parks and theme parks are basically the same idea but laid out differently to entertain their patrons and hoping that they will be coming back for more.

Sesame Place is not as big as Disney and does not offer as many rides as Great Adventure, but it does offer a day packed with fun, water rides, relaxation for parents, and plenty of things to spend your money on.
The park is on the small side when compared to the other 2 parks I've mentioned, and even though the park may get as crowded as the other 2, it's only crowded with parents and small children.
The park is not that big so she did not have to walk very long around the park.

 What's the story with Sesame Park - Muppet Central Forum
Although I don't know exactly why CBC cancelled Sesame Park, I'd imagine it is because the show (in it's 100% Canadian form) had run for five years and that gives them enough episodes to run repeats.
Dressup and Sesame Street in all it various forms for decades in the past, CBC seems to now prefer to produce a reasonable number of episodes for each series then cancel it and rerun it for several more years.
Sesame Park is not the first international Sesame to be cancelled.

I've been to Hershey Park about 3 years ago and know all about it but it has been about 20 years since I've been to Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA which I hear is now owned by Hershey.
Have you been to kings dominion in VA? It is a very nice amusement park, with a campground connected I think.
A combination theme and water park, it is an absolute gas for all ages.
