"Seven Pillars of Wisdom, A Triumph" by Robin Chew
Seven Pillars is the true story of Lawrence of Arabia by the Lawrence himself.
Seven Pillars begins with an overview of Arab history, starting with a short description of the Moslem conquest in the seventh century, and outlining events through the Arab's eventual overthrown by the Turks in the eleventh century.
Seven Pillars ends with the Arab army's victorious capture of Damascus, but that's not the end of the story.

Wisdom, we're going to find in just a couple of minutes, is not a masculine quality that only men need to be concerned about and developing and using.
Wisdom is as important and essential for a woman or for women as it is for men.
Pillar #1 — It's not hard to determine, is it, what is the main pillar of wisdom's house, the one that's at the entrance of the house as we perhaps go through and give you possible pillars that are found in the book of Proverbs.

The central pillar of the seven is concerned with the atonement -- "I am the good Shepherd; the good Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep" (10:11).
Pillars numbers 2 and 3 speak of light and access -- "I am the light of the world" (8:12) and "I am the door" (10:7), while numbers 5 and 6 make similar statements -- "I am the resurrection and the life" (11:25) and "I am the way..." (14:6).
Wisdom, so we are told, has hewn out her seven pillars and built her house for the express purpose of providing a banquet for the simple.
