KOSOVO BACKGROUNDER: SEXUAL VIOLENCE AS INTERNATIONAL CRIME(Press Release, May 1999)
The widespread or systematic commission of acts of sexual violence against a civilian population may also be prosecuted as crimes against humanity, regardless of whether they take place in the context of war or peace.
Rape, sexual enslavement, forced prostitution, forced sterilization, forced abortion and forced pregnancy--that is, impregnation with the intent of forcing a woman to give birth to the rapist's child--can all be means of seriously harming women, even to the point of death.
Acts of sexual violence are within the jurisdiction of the ICTY and the ICTR.

State v. Rabago (Dissenting Opinion by J. Nakayama, with whom C. J. Moon joins)
As such, the majority held that, where evidence of multiple culpable acts are subsumed within a single count charging sexual assault, the defendant is entitled to either an election by the prosecution of the single act upon which it is relying upon for a conviction or a specific unanimity instruction.
The purpose of this act is to set forth the parameters of the offense of continuous sexual assault of a minor under the age of fourteen years, similar to the statute enacted by California, that defines the circumstances and provides specific guidelines underwhich the sexual assault of a minor is deemed a continuing offense.
The court further declared that the crime of continuous sexual abuse of a minor under Penal Code § 288.5 was a continuous course of conduct crime, and, therefore, fell within the exception to the rule that jurors must unanimously agree on the particular acts committed by the defendant before convicting him.

 Are homosexual acts right?
Sexual acts might mean a variety of things, but they can't be made to mean anything and everything.
It's impossible in the case of homosexual acts, though, because the bodies of the participants do not form an objective functional unity that points by its nature beyond the act itself and beyond the personal interests of the participants.
I would be extremely interested if you would consider recasting your article, enumerating sexual acts with an eye to their negative effects, rather than their positive ones, in order to discern whether the right to engage in each act should or should not be abridged by society.
