Hamman's total lift of 925 3/4 pounds (420 kg) broke his U.S. record of 920 1/4 pounds (417.5 kg), also set during the trials.

If you are not firmiliar, Shane Hamman is a big guy, he isnt too tall but he can squat more then half a ton, 1008lbs is the record he last set.
