		William Chance Pyeatt was born May 30, 1866, in Jefferson County, Missouri to William and Diana Hornsby Pyeatt and died in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma in the Morning Side Hospital on December 11, 1929, after being struck by a car.
		According to the report made to county highway police by C. Davy, 2209 E Twenty-fifth st., driver of the car which hit Pyeatt, the injured man stepped into the path of the car and was knocked to the pavement.
