		However, the deal appears to have collapsed when Gabriel Resources had to prove to the Royal Bank of Canada that the mining operation would meet the necessary social and environmental standards required of such a project.
		Gabriel Resources have issued a statement saying that they plan to proceed with a new share offering on a ‘marketed basis’ and have no plans to abandon their project.
