		TEHRAN, May 10 (MNA) – The festival “Tehran’s Green Gem, Shemiran” will feature local costumes, traditional food, sports, and games of the old district of Shemiran in northern Tehran, the Persian service of CHN reported on Wednesday.
		The secretary of the festival, which opens on May 16 at the Saadabad Palace Museum, said that over 110 stalls will be set up to help revive the disappearing intangible heritage of Shemiran, adding that tributes to scholars and intellectuals of Shemiran and several other programs will be held on the sidelines of the event.
		The Cultural Heritage and Tourism Office of Shemiran is publishing brochures to be distributed to visitors to help introduce traditional medicine, tourist spots, and the beautiful environment of the district.
