		At Kharan District a meeting was held with Nazim District in order to discuss training activity, which will focus on capacity building of district officials who will take the lead in implementing the drought programme in the district, under WFP supervision.
		District level officials face problems of capacity, a lack of commitment to solving the challenge of targeting, pressure from local officials to distribute to all in their communities, late arrival of food, and other constraints.
