Constantinian shift - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Constantinian shift is a term used by Anabaptist and Post-Christendom theologians to describe the political and theological aspects of the 4th century process of Constantine's legitimization of Christianity.
American theologian Stanley Hauerwas names the shift as the foundation for the expression of Christianity in the United States today that is closely associated with patriotism and civil religion.
The conclusions of Constantian shift would be to deny an active movement within the Christian communities of the time, and that movements historical significance to the clarification of what it meant to specifically be a Christian (see Kallistos Ware and Communion and Intercommunion (Light and Life, 1980, ISBN 0-937032-20-4).

The dancers seem to be part of one organism—an amoebic, ever-changing shape—taking impulses from each other’s movements and from the music, Fitz Patton’s mix of sound effects and synthesized rhythms.
The title perhaps refers to these shifting variables: the character roles each dancer plays; the props, which move between actuality and symbolism; the waxing and waning of the music; and the feeling of perpetually changing seasons of life.
A set of four long, white benches, beginning upstage as a place to sit and read the newspapers, are moved through the space by the dancers.

The Armchair Empire - PC Previews: Knight Shift
As one might expect, Knight Shift aims to combine the more popular elements of strategy and role-playing, implementing tactical battles, leveling up characters, hiring mercenaries, as well as providing a large number of weapons and items (with some particularly potent magical ones peppered in between, among other features.
What could make Knight Shift stand out from the pack, though, is how it will allow players to go through the various campaigns online with other players instead of simply going it alone.
Also of note is that the game is aiming for a more tongue in cheek approach to its story and characters, being more of a satire of many of the preconceptions in the genre.

'Graveyard Shift' is better, and though a story about clearing rats out of a basement doesn't sound particularly enthralling, the power play between drifter Hall and his obnoxious boss Warwick pushes the stakes to a higher, if rather unbelievable, level.
Night Shift, which was first published in 1976, is the first of King's short story collections, bringing together twenty stories originally published in such disparate magazines as Cavalier, Penthouse, and Cosmopolitan (yes, Cosmopolitan) in the early to mid 1970s.
Some regard it as a weak contribution to Night Shift, but the story is a lot of fun despite its rather unbelievable nature.

Blue Shift originally started out as new content for the Dreamcast version of Half-Life, and was only recently announced as a PC title.
The pack increases the polygon count for the scientists, soldiers and other characters, and changes many of the skinned textures (like a scientist's tie or badge) to polygons as well.

How do I RECEIVE DBCS field with explicit Shift-out and Shift-In characters?
I cannot use SOSI=YES, since I need pure DBCS characters in each field defined with PS=8 & Fields are defined as Graphic in Database.
The whole point of pure DBCS fields (defined as PS=8 on the DFHMDF macro) is that such fields are not encapsulated by Shift in (SI) and Shift out (SO) characters.
The 3270 READ command issued by CICS terminal control on behalf of BMS is such that 3270 extended field attributes are not returned by the device and hence CICS has no idea whether any field is defined as PS=8 or not.
