		The Shinjo Street Shopping Arcade was quite a site with all its flashing lights, rivaling the energy and frenzy of Shinjuku in Tokyo.
		In Pontocho St. and Gion, we caught a glimpse of Keiko performing dance (via peeking thru window) Kyoto Rail Station is amazing in its architectural form â“ built in steel and glass, 11th stories high with wide open terrace stairs with artistic flair.
		For a change of pace, we made daytrips to Himeji castle and Nara To-Kae (candle light festival).
