Page was hired in January 2000 as the associate director of athletics at Shippensburg and then served as the interim director of athletics from December 2001 until June 2003, when she was appointed director.
Shippensburg earned the 2003 and 2004 Dixon Trophy, which is awarded by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference to the member institution with the best overall athletics program.

October 15th, 2005 - Shippensburg, PA… Another Homecoming is in the books at Shippensburg which saw the brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha and the Sisters of Alpha Omicron Pi place first in the homecoming parade float with the theme of "American Idol".
Roughly 80 brothers and alumni gathered in Shippensburg with their fellow Greeks at SU's tailgate tent city for some BYOB hi-jinks and free food from the University.
A good time was had by all, especially outside the house where an over 21 drinking area was set up in a tent 30 yards away from the actual house to have a safe area for people to drink in so they would not be tempted to bring a drink into the house.
