IN a novel method to attract and retain faculty, the Shri Sivasubramaniya Nadar Educational and Charitable Trust, of which Mr Shiv Nadar, Chairman, President and CEO of HCL Technologies, is the Managing Trustee, plans to grant shares of HCL Technologies to them.
