Chinese restaurants are very popular in Budapest because those are one of the cheapest places to eat.
Their sour-spicy soup is the equivalent of the Bulgarian shkembe chorba(a soup made of beef/pork/lamb stomach meat, usually consumed with a lot of garlic), which saves the day especially when you suffer a bad hang-over.
