As many of you know Shreveport has been a problem franchise for some time now.
One solution would be Shreveport to Halifax, Baltimore to Montreal, Las Vegas to Quebec City and Sacramento to St. John or Windsor.
As far as expansion I am leaning more to just the 12 teams...It works and it makes it easier for me....every offseason is LOTS of manual typing etc. Also 4 non-teams would screw up every record we have.....
