Williams contends the evidence was insufficient to prove that he used a firearm in the commission of two robberies.
Williams said that rather than using a gun, he used his fingers in one of the robberies and grabbed his belt buckle in another one.
In both instances, Williams' statements and his menacing actions provided sufficient evidence from which the trial judge could conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that Williams was guilty of using a firearm in the commission of each robbery.

 OFF THE TELLY: Reviews/2000/Conference Live
Sian seems overawed by her surroundings, unsure of how to handle cutting between proceedings on the conference floor and in the BBC box.
But because, in "true stage management style," quips Sian, the crucial vote "is unlikely to be while we're on air," the hours are spent hopping between a range of disparate, ineffectual events - dull speeches on turgid topics, and countless interviews by Guto in the bar, by the sea, even in a local school.
Sian Williams was never a convincing host, failing to judge the mood of the occasion, appearing over-deferential, unable to ever come up with the right demeanour and a pretty hapless interviewer of both Labour and Tory guests.
