Siarhei Rutenka, also Sergej Rutenka, (born September 29, 1981 in Minsk, Belarus) is a Slovenian handball player.
He was born in Belarus, but later acquired Slovenian citizenship.
Rutenka was the top goalscorer at the 2006 European Men's Handball Championship.
