The European Stonechat Saxicola (torquata) rubicola is a small passerine bird that was formerly classed as a member of the thrush family Turdidae, but is now more generally considered to be an Old World flycatcher, Muscicapidae.
The highly migratory eastern races like maura (Siberian Stonechat) are probably best treated as a separate species Saxicola maura, being genetically distinct.
The African Stonechat Saxicola torquata torquata is also genetically distinct and probably best treated as a distinct species; it is non-migratory, and occurs throughout most of sub-Saharan Africa.

 European Stonechat
The European Stonechat Saxicola rubicola is a small passerine bird that was formerly classed as a member of the thrush family Turdidae but is now more generally considered to be an Old World flycatcher, family Muscicapidae.
European Stonechats breed in heathland, coastal dunes and rough grassland with scattered small shrubs and bramble, open gorse, tussocks or heather.
In the past, the first two of these were generally considered conspecific with European Stonechat, being listed as the Common Stonechat Saxicola torquata, but recent genetic evidence (Urquhart & Bowley 2002) strongly supports their separation into distinct species.

 BirdForum - Siberian Stonechat
Siberian should be accepted as a species by both Clements and by Sibley and Monroe (1996) according to Avibase.
Their problem, however, is not so much whether or not they might believe that there should be splits, but rather they are still not certain that the taxonomic treatment of the subspecies associations to the three species is correct and are, therefore, awaiting further scientific corroboration to this effect.
Scientific name of stonechat in BOU list is still S. torquata i think, so i guess they haven't accepted the split yet.

Try and you will see...I also ran a sharp brush over the beak and other areas and it looked much sharper....I feel once again that you are getting the shot and missing on making it show correctly....Seriously you have tha ability you need to work on it in the processing.
