If it is the East Coast one, diving is not bad (shallow coral reefs, good fish life, reasonable visibility - 5 - 10m, nice and warm - 28 to 30degC, resort is good, dive crew good but a long time since we went - 3 years) but wouldn't fly up especially to dive there.
Bit late in the season now - diving goes to rat**** when the north east monsoon starts (rough seas and terrible viz) which is right about now......although Sibu closer to shore than were we used to go (Pulau Aur) so maybe not as affected.
Sibu, or Aur, or Dayang, it's October now, so the weather is so-so.

The Jamtara Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Court has issued a warrant of arrest against Union Coal and Mine Minister Sibu Soren in connection with the Chirudih massacre case in which 10 persons were killed on January 23, 1975 in Jamtara district.
The development came two days after the State government in its July 15 report to the Centre had given a clean chit to Sibu Soren saying the minister is not a “proclaimed offender”.
Asked if the minister is absconding in the massacre case, the Mr Jha said he would be in a position to speak only after the arrest warrant is handed over to the police.
