		I would tell people to stay away from throwing sidearm to often, because the pitch is more flat than when u throw over the top.
		Since you say you throw mostly overhand then that is your natural armmovement, thus you might not have as good of movement on the ball throwing with a different release point.

		The conventional wisdom says that throwing sidearm lowers a pitcher's max velocity that he can achieve(the 3/4 to overhead release is generally considered optimum for velocity) and puts more strain on the elbow/shoulder(hence why most extreme sidearmers are usually situational relievers in today's game) than other deliveries.
		If one can throw at insane velocities sidearm without your arm falling off it appears you can be an all time great pretty easily.
		Also since it it somewhat rare for a pitcher to throw sidearm, most hitters don't get a ton of regular at bats seeing sidearmers and thus one would have to believe that helps the pitcher.
