 MPM Siebel 204-D
The Siebel 204 was a development of the utility aircraft category requested by the RLM in 1938.
The first two prototypes were delivered as a passenger aircraft to accommodate a crew of two and eight passengers with a stepped cockpit but the design was changed in 1940 to include a bulbous all glass cockpit.
In 1944 five aircraft were requisitioned for conversion to pre-series Si 204 E-0 night fighters but that program never reached fruition and no Si-204s were ever recorded as entering combat.

 DM1
The DM-1 was a pure delta of 60 degrees swept leading edges with a fin and rudder shape mirroring the wings.
Made of steel tubing with a ply wood skin, the aircraft was intended to be launched from a Siebel Si 204 at a height of 7,900m and to glide back home testing the low speed characteristics of the delta shape
This was the final stage in research to develop a aircraft which would exceed Mach2, as scale models of the same shape had already been successfully tested in the wind tunnel to speeds of over Mach 2.6.

Lippisch DM-1 by Piotr Dmitruk (Huma 1/72)
The Lippisch DM-1 glider was built in 1944 by a team of students of Darmstadt and Munich universities, under supervision of Dr Alexander Lippisch, to study a low speed handling of the sharply-swept delta wing rocket powered fighter P.13a.
Made of steel tubing with a plywood skin, this aircraft was intended to be launched from a Siebel Si 204 and to glide back home.
The DM-1 was found by the Americans at the end of World War II, the prototype was completed in late 1945, and planned to test fly in Germany, but later was loaded fully-assembled, into a special crate, and shipped back to the USA for wind tunnel testing.

Pavla Model's Siebel Fh 104 "Hallore"
The Siebel Fh 104 was first designed as a small, fast mail transport in the 1930s, and it rapidly developed into a great general liaison aircraft and squadron hack, with such personalities as Adolf Galland and Ernst Udet flying them.
Those who wanted to build a model of this interesting plane had to resort to tracking down an obscure vacuform and build one from that.
Sitting next to the KP Siebel Si-204, you can have a very interesting display of general transport aircraft from the Siebel design house.

A clean, low-wing monoplane of all-metal construction, the Si 204 was a modern aircraft at the time of its first flight in May 1941 in aviation, and the Luftwaffes first interest in it was as a twin-engine trainer to replace the Focke-Wulf Fw 58.
In Czechoslovakia, Aero Vodochody built it as the C-3 and C-103 (although sometimes confused, the Aero A.204 was a completely unrelated and indigenously-developed aircraft of similar configuration) and other production was undertaken by Praga and Walter.

Grabbing William Green's Warplanes of the Third Reich, I flipped to the Arado section and went from the Ar 76 to the Ar 80.

I then turned to the web and discovered that there was a single surviving example but little other information.

The replacement plane was the very versatile Siebel Si-204 made by the otherwise fairly unknown Siebel Flugzeugwerke KG.
The Siebel Si-204 was to serve as a trainer, transport, ambulance and utility aircraft, while the Ju-52’s were concentrated with the ones already serving with the Lufttransportflotte – Air Transport Fleet, Luftwaffe’s dedicated air transport arm.
The Siebelfähre, or Siebel Ferry - named after its inventor -, was a heavy transport ferry made by joining two pontoons – normally used for bridging by the Heer’s pioneers – in a catamaran-like structure and fixing BMW aircraft engines at their rear ends.
