	Thomas F. Siems - Economic Research - FRB Dallas
		Siems is also a senior lecturer in the Engineering Management, Information and Systems Department in the School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University and an advisory board member of the Cato Institute's Project on Social Security Choice.
		In addition, Siems is a 1989 graduate of the Public Finance Institute at the University of Michigan and a 1991 alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
		Siems is active in the Bank's economic education programs and has taught economics, statistics, finance, operations management and other engineering and business courses at SMU, LeTourneau University and the University of Dallas.

	Ruth Siems, inventor of Stove Top stuffing
		Ruth M. Siems, a retired home economist whose best-known innovation will make its appearance, welcome or otherwise, in millions of homes today, died on Nov. 13 at her home in Newburgh, Ind. Siems, an inventor of Stove Top stuffing, was 74.
		Siems is listed first among the inventors, followed by Anthony Capossela Jr., John Halligan and C. Robert Wyss.
		Ruth Miriam Siems was born in Evansville, Ind., on Feb. 20, 1931.
