		According to Hversu Noregr byggdist, Sigurd was the son of Randver, the brother of Harald Wartooth.
		In Ragnar Lodbrok's saga, it is mentioned that Sigurd Ring and Harald Wartooth fought in the Battle of the Brávellir and that Harald fell.
