The new bridge over the Koh Kong River has been finished April 4th thanks to the Japanese but you still have to go over 4 rivers by ferry which is a good break from sitting in the mini bus for the 5-6 hour drive.
Sihanoukville is a small town but has sealed roads and the road from Phnom Penh is great.
Once you get to Sihanoukville you will see the Caltex gas station about 100 metres up the road-- turn the corner and look up and you will see the Fishman's Den.
