Just to prove how ridiculous this whole situation is, let's review the rules that the town imposed upon the church before yanking their permit.
Also, the town gave the church restricted times that it may be open.
Still another wonderful rule of Jacksonville is that soon people will have to have parking permits to park in front of their house.
