		Silver Creek flows from east to west through Silver Creek village and Thurman Creek flows south into Shoal Creek (a site map is located in Appendix A) (1).

		The results of the analyses indicated the presence of trichloroethylene (TCE) in several wells serving the residents of Silver Creek and Saginaw.
