Silverstone Circuit is a racing circuit at Silverstone, England.
The 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone was the first race in the newly-created Formula One World Championship.
Half the circuit is in Northamptonshire and half is in Buckinghamshire, roughly equidistant from Milton Keynes, Northampton and Oxford.

Home of the British Grand Prix, Silverstone has been on the receiving end of some rather unfair criticism recently but that doesn't change the fact that it is a great circuit and a must drive.
The Grand Prix circuit in particular cannot be matched in terms of scale by any other UK track.
