		Silvio Rodríguez, along with Pablo Milanés and Noel Nicolá, were the founders of Nueva Trova Cubana (New Cuban Song), a musical movement that started in the 60’s after great success thought the rest of the continent and Spain.
		Silvio Rodríguez Domínguez was born in San Antonio de Baños, Cuba in November 29, 1946.
		Silvio had taken piano lessons since he was seven, but a series of events would later make the guitar his companion for the rest of his career.
